Rothschild & Co

thinkspace recently revealed Rothschild & Co’s new premises in the striking, recently completed 144 Oxford building in Rosebank.

As one of the world’s largest independent financial advisory groups, Rothschild & Co has a distinctive view on wealth and business. The underlying design principles in their new office space underpin their rich 200-year business heritage but also highlight their future vision.

The space is open and emanates a sense of timelessness as you enter the reception area. Dynamic but classic detailing features prominently while full-height curved glass and contemporary, thin shopfronts create a visual frame for the meeting rooms.

A modern take on a classic dado detail, the walls in the client area feature a bold charcoal band, creating a sense of cohesion, and a graphic backdrop for the somewhat classic furniture pieces.

A perfect mix of the timeless and contemporary, the new Rothschild & Co office features a sophisticated and open work environment. A mix of materials in a neutral palette gives prominence to the rich chestnut leathers, clean off-white Duco finishes, expansive glass, and herringbone timber flooring that features throughout.
